Happy 80th birthday!!
We're just one big, happy family
Then, there was dinner. Oh boy, was it a feast! Then, the three 'bujangs' decided to propose a toast for a healthy and prosperous life awaiting our grandfather ahead.
We're hot, single and no longer available~
This brings much tears to my eyes......
And of course, there was the usual clowning around after we had settled down after dinner, coupled with a few (ehem) glasses of wine. Looking back, what was I thinking??? Oh right, I got wasted, truth be told. With alcohol running through our veins, we did what stereotypical Asian teens do; we chatted incoherently and after this brief exchange of blasphemy, we started 'shuffling' (the term used to describe dancing to some funky techno beats)
This isn't what it looks like, mmm k?
Sad to say, the rest was a blur after the whole ordeal. I remember going home, taking a few minutes to chat with my uncles and aunts at my grandparent's place, and then finally heading home. This was indeed, a night to remember for both me and my grandfather. You know, I could almost see tears running down my grandfather's eyes. And that, reminded me of how much he had suffered in the past to shape my parents into the people that they are today.
Thank you, grandpa!
